Placeholder UI [GL OG]

Placeholder UI provides a menu from which users can select available metadata regions. If there are multiple fields and regions, so that some of these are only available via scrolling, the selected region will then be presented. Additionally, a reset button for resetting all metadata fields has been added in the upper right corner.
