Task “Transcode with TranscoderS4M” Optional Video Transcoding [GL OG]

The S4M Transcoder task can also be used for just creating keyframes and/or audio analysis. The "Transcode with TranscoderS4M" task provides a new option Input Parameter "Transcode" of the Boolean type, which is true by default. If it is set to false no video will be transcoded.
