How to upload large files to Vidispine Support [HT GEN]
Large files can’t be attached to Vidispine Service Desk, to upload larger files to Vidispine Support use below method.

Dropzone asks to add a ticket number, here you should only add the numbers in the ticket, not the prefix. SUP-0000 = 0000
First, create your ticket and note the ticket number
