How to upload large files to Vidispine Support

Large files can’t be attached to Vidispine Service Desk, to upload larger files to Vidispine Support use below method.

Dropzone asks to add a ticket number, here you should only add the numbers in the ticket, not the prefix. SUP-0000 = 0000

  1. First, create your ticket and note the ticket number

  2. Go to and follow the on-screen instructions
