Integrating the Knowledge Base with VidiNet
Several Vidispine customers use VidiNet as their central hub. The use it to managing their services and maintain an overview of their system. It’s only natural that having facilitate the manner in which users gain access to relevant information.
As a result, the VidiNet knowledge has now been integrated into VidiNet itself. Users are able to search for documentation from the comfort of VidiNet itself. Clicking on any of the results will have them jump to the same article in the knowledge base.
