Edit Metadata Layout [VCon OG]
Once within ConfigPortal, users will have the opportunity to edit the metadata layout (1) as seen in VidiControl. Users can edit (2) both arrangement as well as any additional VidiFlow workflow triggered by users updated the metadata values.
It is important to note that the metadata fields are system-wide and handled central under the global use case page Metadata. This page only specifies a selection and arrangement of the same fields and respective values within VidiControl’s layout.
It is important to note that the workflow selection availability depends on those designed via VidiFlow’s workflow designer. Familiarity with the workflow before selecting is highly advisable.
