Required Router Setting Post Setup

For a proper operation of the SW-P-08 router control it is necessary to configure the following values in the router. Please ensure, that these values are properly configured:

• IP

• Port

• Matrix Number

• Level Number

• Use Extended Messaging

In addition, these values should be configured when neccessary:

• Level To Use

• Level To Switch

One has to choose either Matrix or Level operation as some router vendors do not support a mixed matrix- and level operation.

It also could cose problems on some routers, when “Use Level OR Use Matrix” ni not set to “Use Matrix”. Additionally, The Level/Matrix switch should be set to 1 (instead of 0).
