What’s new?

System Endpoint Guid

To be able to update the system endpoint for vidicontrol properly when deploying, it’s Guid is now changed to “8e586b88-cba7-70c8-c598-5f69d1dbc1a0“. If the system endpoint currently has another Guid, it should be deleted in ConfigPortal before the installation of the patch.

External ID Format

VidiControl adds external IDs to the items it creates in VidiControl. Those are in some scenarios used for access by third party systems. The format introduced in 23.3 turned out to be not compatible with the internal VidiCore ID pattern. This is now changed.

In addition, also requesting older items using the old external id format (without site id) should be possible now.
