Global Configuration Libraries [GL OG]
Libraries are a way to collect different items with the ability to have the library content dynamically updated based on a query (see https://apidoc.vidispine.com/latest/item/library.html).
To support libraries in VidiFlow, a new configuration option was built into ConfigPortal under the Global Configuration \ Library page, where name and search pattern for each library can be entered. The GUID shown in CP will also be used as external ID for the library. IDs of libraries are now also supported as PlatformURI with the sub type Library.

In Workflow Designer a library’s items can be accessed by the new task “Get Item IDs Of Library“, using the libraries configured in ConfigPortal.
