The following items on the list encompass breaking changes, features, and fixes that are relevant for the major release.

Features
Cut Mode
The Cut timeline mode is now available. This mode allows users to hover their mouse over timeline segments and cut these on the cursor's position. See Cut Mode [VE UG].
Modify Transitions Duration
The duration of a transition can now be edited by the user in addition of being able to edit the IN or OUT point of the transitions. See Transitions [VE UG].
Add Multiple Audio Channels to the Timeline
Its is now possible to select more then 2 channels in source player and add those to the timeline in one go. See Audio Channel Selection for Timeline [VE UG].
Open Collections via Deeplink
A collection can now be opened via deeplink to be able enriching a collection of media to a VidiEditor project. See Deeplink support [VE OG].
Snap on Trim
The snap functionality is now also available on trim interactions to frame accurately snap to cut positions of other segments or to the timeline playhead. See Snap [VE UG].
