Use case configuration

As described in section (Service) Task, a task's contract describes the interface between the workflow and the task which means all input parameters of the task can vary for different workflow executions. But a task or agent or even a set of agents may also require common input that is purely user-definable configuration independent of any workflow execution, e.g. endpoints for 3rd party REST interfaces, etc.
This configuration is defined in so-called use case definitions and can be easily maintained in VidiFlow's ConfigPortal and accessed for task execution.
Parameters in this configuration are usually only required for execution of a service task and contain information that is not provided at installation time of VidiFlow. This distinguishes this configuration from the start-up-configuration.
