Inviting a New User

Selecting the Users (1) tab in Settings will give you an overview of all the VidiNet members. Once in select the “Invite” (2) option.

Edit an Existing User

If you want to edit an existing user, simply select them from the user list and select the “edit” icon (1). You are able to add (2) and remove them from existing teams as well edit their name.

Please note that you cannot add individual users to a service group. You can only add teams to a service group.

Removing your Admin User

Admin users cannot remove themselves. Only another admin can remove another admin.
