Manage Booking without source

Workflow Description

It can happen that a recording is already established, but no source for it is available yet. For this it should be possible to create a recording hull, which uses a not assigned source. So that the user gets an overview of these recordings, they must be displayed centrally on the timeline as a separate source. This is done with an automatically created line above all routerin sources. Recordings that use such a source are marked with a red dot on the timeline. Actions are also created for the user to make him aware of a manual intervention.

To plan recordings without having a defined source and to have an easy identification of those objects.

Not Assigned recordings are getting a state not assigned

The recordings will be marked with a red dot on the timeline

An action will be created in a configured interval to give the user a notification for a manually change

All Not Assigned recordings are shown in the Not Assigned lane at the top of routerin

The recording will still be performed even if no source has been assigned. The recording is then displayed as completed with errors. The last switched source is then be recorded.

Step by Step

Phase 1

The user creates a new Booking among the possibilities that the system offers him. See Create a New Booking

Phase 2

The user choose Not Assigned source and save the recording. An action will be created 48 hours before recoridng starts.
