Groups and Roles

VidiControl brings six roles to the ConfigPortal:

• VIDICONTROL_VIEW allows user to view recordings and maintenance bookings

• VIDICONTROL_BOOKING_EDIT allows user to create and edit recordings

• VIDICONTROL_BOOKING_DELETE allows user to delete recordings

• VIDICONTROL_MAINTENANCE_EDIT allows user to create and edit maintenance bookings

• VIDICONTROL_MAINTENANCE_DELETE allows user to delete maintenance bookings

• VIDICONTROL_ADMIN allows user to configure VidiControl

These roles can be assigned to AD groups, please refer to User, Role & Rights Management [C OG] and Groups and Roles [C OG].
